Stephen’s real estate development success is unparalleled. The mastermind and founder of the famous and highly successful Northeast electronics chain, “Nobody Beats The Wiz,” Stephen was also behind the construction of all his stores and shopping centers with his in-house construction and prefabricated manufacturing company. His unique design and prefabricated manufacturing approach allowed him to mitigate cost overruns, even before any architectural plans were actualized, while exponentially expediting the construction completion process.

After selling the chain, he spent 15 years assembling underutilized waterfront parcels across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and New Jersey.
