The leadership

A lifetime spent turning bold ideas into real systems.

Stephen Jemal is the co-founder of The Wiz and President and CEO of JemRock Organization. A first-generation American raised in Brooklyn, he began his career working alongside his father, Norman N. Jemal, at the family discount store in Spanish Harlem.

By 16, he had launched four successful electronics and music specialty stores. That early experience formed the foundation of an enduring career in entrepreneurship, construction systems, and transformative development.

The JemRock model

One mother factory.
Hundreds of pilot factories.

JemRock’s strategy is built for global implementation: manufacture AI-robotics machines in the United States, then deploy custom pilot factories directly inside the countries that need housing most.

It is a vertically integrated model designed to create local jobs, deliver dignified housing, and build capacity where it matters.
